• Artists and labels to select YouTube curator channels where they'd like their music featured
• Curators and channels to receive paid submissions for placement consideration
• Fans and clients to browse curated channels and discover new music

2. Eligibility

To use Recommended.fm, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have full rights to any music or materials you submit
• Agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Account Registration

To submit music or access certain features:

• You must create an account and provide accurate contact information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Use of the Platform

You may not:

• Upload or submit music you do not own or control the rights to
• Upload material containing uncleared samples, leased beats, or third-party intellectual property without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Artist Submissions & Channel Placements

By submitting music through Recommended.fm:

• You grant Sound and Vision Corp. and participating curators the right to receive, review, and (if applicable) feature your content on their channels according to the options you select in the shopping cart.
• You retain full ownership of your music and may promote it elsewhere at any time.
• We cannot guarantee placement beyond what is specified and purchased.
• Misuse of the system (fraudulent uploads, spam, or copyright infringement) may result in account suspension.

6. Payments

• All payments for placements are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Wise, PayPal).
• Fees are due at the time of checkout and are non-refundable once the campaign or placement process has begun.
• Recommended.fm disburses payments to curators according to agreed schedules and retains a service fee as outlined in your checkout or account settings.
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes owed are your responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

• All music uploaded by artists remains their intellectual property.
• Recommended.fm, its brand, website, and software are the property of Sound and Vision Corp.
• You may not copy, reuse, or reverse-engineer the platform or its materials.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Upload fraudulent, infringing, or misleading content
• Attempt to disrupt the platform or harm other users

You may also close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee that a placement will result in plays, followers, sales, or revenue.
• We are not liable for actions taken by third-party curators, channels, or platforms (e.g., YouTube).
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sound and Vision Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Recommended.fm in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice on the site or email you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, unless otherwise required by law.
